In April, 2021, The Calgary’s real estate market continued its recovery process with average sold prices up by 20% which was a year-over-year increase.

You may wish to know that Detached and semi-detached properties drove most of the price increment with annual home price increases of 19% and 23%.

There was not really much difference in the growth of  townhouse and condo apartment properties which only recorded 11% and 8% growth in prices.

From a macro/broader  perspective, Calgary’s real estate market looks good in the subsequent years. This is because of:
