August Stats Update

September 2nd, 2009 - Another strong month for the Calgary and Area Real Estate market. Sales numbers are up nicely, and inventory is balanced.. There are some possible warning signs however that we should watch, one of them is a looming Federal Election.

It's Designated Agency Time

September 1st, 2009 - Royal LePage Foothills is the first Brokerage in Alberta to become Designated Agency, what does that mean? It means that Dual Agency will only apply to RL Foothills Realtors when they sell their own listings. That is an important change for the Real Estate consumer and one that should catch on.
