I will video about this soon, but in the mean time... After botching a deal to add video to its website, the Town of Cochrane has now decided to spend nearly $60,000 on a redevelopment of the site. Is that number correct? $59,950! for a new website, even with staff that is unreal. Only Government could justify that!! Read Rachel Maclean's article on the issue.

Price shopping works if you are buying a new TV perhaps or an used car, but I don't recommend picking your mortgage just becuase it has the lowest rate... www.GregWilliamson.ca would agree.. Comments to Info@RobReynar.com

I recently blogged about April's market stats and how there are many signs of improvment. Please check out Greg Williamson's Blog. (Canada Mortgage Direct) He has a great take on some other indicators that clearly show we are balancing and now may be the time to get into the market. Don't compete with other buyers for the deals as the market corrects. Comments - Info@RobReynar.com
